I am so happy that you gave in to my desperate attempt to have you join me in my first potluck. I say this because knowing how introverted and independent you were, making it out to see a bunch of strangers wasn't likely to happen. But you did!!! Our brief friendship filled my heart with love and my belly with the best foods. I enjoyed our double date dinners-in and our foodie trips to SD & LA. I'm so happy that I didn't just make friends with you, but with Steve as well. The love you have for each other was incredible! You were ever the strong, concerned, loving wife. I know your worry for him. Now that you're at rest, know that your friends will continue to support you by being there for him. You live on through him as well as your Yelp, IG, FB, etc posts (which I still look through daily)… P.S. You have the best photog stance!!! I MISS YOU! Rest in peace, darling!

Steve, and family, My warmest thoughts are with you all. All I can think about is wishing you all relief. Relief from having to watch her suffer any longer. She no longer has cancer! Now just relief and peace. Gigi was a special spirit. Somehow a young girl with this horrible illness was able to inspire me to help me get through my own issues dealing with family members with this dreadful disease. She inspired hope! I looked through her Instagram photos and some how her joy lives through those still. My warmest condolences to all.

GiGi, I just don't know what to say. You were my sister from another mister. You just kept telling me, you were so worried about Steve. Girl, you had the bestest husband. You two were the best couple ever. To watch him take care of you, was amazing. You two were the best couple ever and you were the bestest friend ever. I am going to miss you so much. I told you, I promise to keep checking in on Steve. You both are family to me. I miss you so much. Keep a spot open for me. We got some cooking to do up there. Love you to pieces.
