Our condolences to all of John’s family and friends. John’s kind sole touched everyone he came in contact with. His smile and humor made your day every time you saw or talked with him. He was a friend everyone wished they had and were lucky enough to call him your friend. He will be missed but never forgotten and will live through all the people his kind sole touched. No words can help the sorrow. Brian and all of John's family, just know how much he was loved. I've worked with John for a few years now, and he instantly became a friend. I treasure my memories of his laugh, his charm, his wit and especially his candor. I can hear him now, "thanks for the laughs...I just love you." He did, he loved everyone and he made everyone feel very special. He had that gift and it's a rare one. Godspeed my friend, until I see you again, you will be missed.

My condolences to the Massey families. I'm sorry to hear about the untimely loss of dear John. Some Bible scriptures that have helped me during times of loss include Isaiah 26:19 and Psalm 37:28,29 which states in part: "Your dead ones will live...They will rise up". And the Bible also says "The righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will forever reside upon it". Therefore the Bible promises that we may be reunited with our loved ones lost in death by means of an earthly resurrection. This is further confirmed by John 5:28,29 which says "Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". This is possible thanks to Jesus Christ's ransom sacrifice. Thus we have a genuine hope of everlasting life in a world without wickedness or suffering. I hope that these scriptures will be of some comfort to you.
